Midterm season is in full swing at my school and you can sense the stress in everyone around you. Exam season is pretty bad. You're worried about grades but on top of that, the stress can show on your face. I'm not talking about furrowed brows and tired eyes (although that happens too) - I'm talking about breaking out. There's nothing worse than being having exams and papers loom over you and then finding a giant zit right in the middle of your face. Breaking out because of stress of any kind is super common. Scientists have actually found that when you're stressed, you produce more oil!
Here are a couple of tips to help you stay break-out free, even when you're stressed.
So if you've read my About Me, you know that I'm in college. But if you haven't, I'm a junior at a 4-year university on the East Coast, and I'm actually currently in my dorm writing this blog post (I should be studying....)!
First, I apologize that I haven't been posting lately. I've actually just gotten settled down after traveling for a few weeks, moving in, and the whole "first-month-of school" craziness. But now that my schedule is a little less crazy, I'll definitely be posting more often and more regularly, on my blog and on YouTube!
After this past month, I've decided to do a new series called CollegeLife about just that: college life. The ups, the downs, the in-betweens, because I've definitely had a lot of those this month. Study tips and organizational things. Beauty and fashion topics related to college. Anything and everything that has to do with my own college experience and college life in general! I think it's a good way to chronicle my own life, while potentially giving other people useful tips. My first post will be coming this week!
I hope you guys enjoy :)
As I've mentioned before, I have been on a quest to find the best makeup wipes. So far, I've tested out quite a few and I'm going to give you guys my thoughts in this post. Now I haven't tried every single makeup wipe out there, but I do think I've found a favorite!
